SMS Terms
Effective October 11, 2026
Organizations that use Boost! Community Loop may send text messages to residents who ask for them. Each organization publishes its own text message terms at its own address. This page explains the rules that apply on every organization's address.
Only messages you agree to
Texts are sent only after a person agrees at a clearly labeled opt-in point, such as “Text me my number.” Agreeing to texts is never required to get services.
Stop, help, and start
Reply STOP to stop messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to join again.
Frequency and cost
How often you get messages depends on what you asked for. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and consent are never sold or shared for marketing.
